Lucas Moura fees too high for Manchester United - report

Manchester United have pulled out of a move for Sao Paolo attacking midfielder Lucas Moura due to the player commanding an extra €7.5 million in fees according to the Daily Mirror.
The Red Devils have been chasing the 19-year-old throughout the summer and reportedly even tabled a €31.5m bid..
There was speculation that Moura had rejected a move to Old Trafford due to finding Manchester, "boring" but that has been dismissed by the club.
And instead, it seems that United would not bow to demands for an extra £6m in agency fees and further money for the player's relatives.
Reports suggest that Sir Alex Ferguson was capping the offer to €31.5m and will now turn his attentions elsewhere for a creative midfielder as he looks to strengthen his squad ahead of the new season.
For Lucas, there is growing speculation that Paris Saint-Germain have joined the hunt for his signature, as revealed by Inter Milan president, Massimo Moratti.
The Italian side have reportedly shown an interest in the Brazilian starlet, but like United, have found the cost far underpins the benefit and dismissed links with Lucas.
Contrary to Moratti's revelations, Moura’s agent Wagner Ribeiro was quick to play down talk of an imminent deal.
He coyly told reporters: "I'm in Europe to watch the games. First they said Lucas was at Manchester United, now he belongs to PSG.
"Everyone is trying to build their story like a jigsaw puzzle."
